Kymerion is designed around what the next person must do with the result: review measured geometry, edit a CAD model, compare it to a reference, explain it in a drawing, or package it for a vendor or internal team.
Start with the part condition, target output, existing references, important features, delivery date, and the practical decision the work needs to support. This prevents a mesh, CAD model, or comparison from being requested without context.
Scan images, CAD views, deviation maps, and project notes are labeled by what they show. A visual example does not substitute for a project-specific tolerance, material decision, certification, engineering approval, or manufacturing acceptance.
Files are more useful when the recipient knows what they are, how they were prepared, which references were used, and what should happen next. The required formats and notes are agreed before delivery.
